Free coaching sessions are available for all, throughout May and June on Saturdays from 10am-noon. The club has a number of qualified coaches who will provide practical help and advice when required. If you have never played bowls before or wish to get a little help you are encouraged to come along. For first timers no equipment is required, just bring flat-soled trainers. You do not have to be a member to come along to a coaching session.

You don't have to be a Civil Servant to join NICS. All you have to do is join as an Associate Member which also means you have access to the excellent facilities at the Maynard Sinclair Pavilion.

New members are always welcome. Please contact the Secretary for an application form or turn up on a Saturday Morning for some free coaching and if you like it one of the coaches can provide an application form.
